US-191 Corridor Projects – Moab & Southeastern Utah
UDOT / Moab City
Public engagement services for multiple high-profile US-191 projects including road widening, storm drain improvements, guardrail replacement, pavement preservation, and environmental documentation. These projects required extensive coordination with residents, businesses, trucking interests, and regional stakeholders along a critical interstate freight corridor.
SR-128 Pavement Preservation (Moab to I-70)
UDOT
Public outreach for pavement preservation, culvert upgrades, shoulder improvements, striping, and signage. Stakeholder communications focused on access impacts, lane restrictions, and schedule changes through weekly updates and direct coordination with property owners.
North Utah County Pavement Preservation (Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs)
UDOT
Public involvement for a nine-mile, heavily trafficked corridor impacting hundreds of businesses and residents. Outreach included one-on-one meetings, business coordination, and proactive schedule communications.
Canyon Road Reconstruction (US-89 to SR-92)
Utah County
Public information services for full roadway reconstruction, utility replacement, new traffic signals, and pedestrian improvements across a seven-mile corridor with significant business and residential impacts.
Spanish Fork Main Street (SR-156)
UDOT
Stakeholder coordination for roadway resurfacing, pedestrian ramp reconstruction, storm drain and sewer upgrades in a downtown commercial corridor.
I-15, I-80, US-40, US-191, and State Route Improvements (Multiple Locations)
UDOT Regions 1, 2, 3, and 4
Public engagement for auxiliary lanes, bridge deck replacements, bridge joint repairs, interchange improvements, and roadway preservation. Efforts emphasize coordination with emergency services, transit providers, trucking companies, and adjacent businesses.

Public engagement for a major pedestrian bridge connecting regional trail systems and improving safety over Timpanogos Highway.

Stakeholder outreach for bridge construction in a heavily traveled and industrial corridor, including coordination with businesses and freight traffic.

Public relations and outreach for the installation of bike share stations across Park City and Snyderville Basin, culminating in community grand-opening events.

Provo Reservoir Canal Enclosure Project (PRCEP)

Comprehensive public relations and stakeholder engagement for a 17-mile, 126-inch diameter pipeline crossing seven cities. Services included landowner coordination, easement communications, mayoral coordination meetings, hotlines, and issue resolution for thousands of stakeholders.

Central Utah Water Conservancy District
Public engagement for multiple pipeline reaches through urban neighborhoods, agricultural lands, schools, and businesses. Outreach emphasized access coordination, agricultural timing, road reconstruction, and utility impacts.
Public Utilities Projects
Public involvement for major waterline replacements, sewer interceptors, storage tanks, easement negotiations, and capacity upgrades—often within dense urban neighborhoods or constrained rights-of-way.

Orem, Logan, Herriman, Highland, Millville, Wellington
Public engagement for large-scale waterline, sewer, storm drain, and meter installation projects affecting thousands of residents. Services included project websites, hotlines, weekly updates, utility shutoff coordination, and extensive one-on-one stakeholder meetings.

Public involvement support for a regional corridor planning effort linking land use, transportation planning, environmental processes, and long-range transportation funding decisions. Facilitated stakeholder meetings with elected officials and agency partners.
